Tucson Mayor Jonathan Rothschild has been in office for a little more than a year and is giving his second State of the City Address tomorrow. Also, Tucson Unified School District is under a federal desegregation order, and has been for decades. A judge recently ordered the district to add "culturally relevant courses" to the curriculum as part of a plan to bring racial balance to the district.
