Two of Trenton Mayor Reed Gusciora’s biggest foes have filed petitions to run against him in November’s election; Council President Kathy McBride and West Ward Councilwoman Robin Vaughn are throwing their hats into the race. Both council members are frequent thorns in the mayor’s side, voting to block or upend many of his initiatives.
